Haritham @ Sanatanam
Started an organic farming project named “Haritham @ Sanatanam” in connection with Haritha Kerala Mission since 12th February 2022. It was started to increase the interest of volunteers in agriculture. Prepared the land to be suitable for cultivation, fenced it, took the bed and added bio-fertilizer as required and other farming activities. Since the selfless
serviceof NSS volunteers, got a very good harvest and sold it for raising fund for the Palliative careactivities of the unit. Also, the vegetables were given the old age home located in Alappuzhatown. The income earned from this project is used in the palliative care activities of the NSS unit.
